am looking for appraisers in all other States for referral based
splits.

Qualifications
needed:

You
must be a State Licensed, Certified Residential or General
Certified appraiser.
At this time, I can not take on any new apprentices.

Have
Alamode WinTotal Appraisal software or ACI appraisal software
and/or PDF capable.
-
Digital
camera.
-
E
& O Insurance.
-
HUD/FHA
approved a plus but not required.
